I adopted an aboriginal style fibre weaving arts to present the map and leaves. It consists of four layers of fibres in five colours. (yellow, black, white, red and orange, are the primary traditional aboriginal colours)

The original idea for the top woven layers came from the map of Aboriginal nations in NSW. First, the countries were
linked together, then divided into four layers according to land size, how much of the culture/language still exists, and distance from the centre.
